  1. Enrollment - we may ask for contact information (name, address, email address, phone number) at time of program enrollment/registration. This information is collected for purposes of communicating with you throughout the program period.
  2. Placing Orders – we may ask for personal information in order to facilitate the ordering process (name, ship-to address, tax information (SSN/FEIN), and credit card information if you wish to purchase additional points.
  3. Participating in Travel Programs - we may ask for personal information order to accommodate your travel experience (name, address, email address, phone number, passport number).

We treat the Personal Information we receive as a confidential and valuable asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access with every commercially reasonable precaution.

The servers are diligently administered with the latest updates and security patches regularly applied. All of the data that is exchanged between users and our servers is guarded using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Live end point protection defends against viruses and malware. Emails are defended by a third party cloud protection program.

Access to Personal Information by our employees is limited to those who have a legitimate business need for that information. Employees that require access to Personal Information to perform a specific task must enter a valid password and are prohibited from sharing such information with unauthorized employees. All of our employees with access to Personal Information are familiar with our privacy policy and proper security procedures with respect to the handling of Personal Information.

Personal information that you have provided separately to and is maintained by the program Sponsor may be covered by a separate privacy policy or agreement with you.
